0.75 lb American Munich Grain Mashed
13.00 lb American two-row Grain Mashed
0.25 lb Crystal 120L Grain Mashed
0.50 lb White wheat Adjunct Mashed

HOPS:

0.50 oz Cascade Pellet 5 minutes
0.50 oz Cascade Pellet 15 minutes
1.00 oz Cascade Pellet 30 minutes
0.25 oz Columbus Pellet 15 minutes
0.25 oz Columbus Pellet 30 minutes
1.00 oz Columbus Pellet 60 minutes

Other:
Quantity Misc Notes
1.00 unit Ale yeast WLP001 from culture
1.00 unit Irish Moss 2 teaspoons

Recipe Notes:

Dry hop with .5 oz of Colubus and 1 oz Cascade

This is my first IPA and my first all-grain. I took the grain schedule from an Avery IPA clone (added the wheat) and built the hops schedule based on what I have. I also have kent golding and willamette. I am open to suggestions, but I am warming the MLT now. So, some suggestions may be too late :). Let me know what you think.

The only thing that I might do in this instance is replace the wheat with an equal quantity of CaraPils, but otherwise it seems solid.

I personally like all late hop additions. You'll get enough bitterness out of the 1oz. of columbus @ 60.

.5 oz. columbus @ 20
1 oz. of cascade @ 10 or even 5
1 oz. of cascade @ 0

good on the dry hops!

I think the less additions you have the better you'll be on your first all grain.
