I brewed Mexican beer from a Coopers kit...After 2 weeks in secondary there are still tiny bobbles coming up...
SG 1.068 FG 1.008
It still tastes a little sweet..I think the yeast may have run out of energy...Can I put some Superfood in now?
How about pitching more yeast or just bottling it...? Thanks
I think I put this one into secondary too soon...5 days

Leave it alone for 2 or 3 days, then check the SG again. If it's still at 1.008, it's safe to bottle. No need to pitch more yeast, just prime and bottle.

Edited: Actually, I'm assuming this is a lager? If so, you might want to let it sit for another week or two to help it clear. That's up to you, but once the SG is stable, you're ready to bottle.

You did read http://www.howtobrew.com/intro.html right?
