I tried this 15 Minute Pale Ale as an experiment and I am 6 days into it with little to no activity with a gravity of 1.021. Beersmith thinks I my yeast should have attenuated more. I used Munton's Gold. The temp was a firm 66F. So far I have swirled the primary and let it heat up to around 67-68F. I get a couple bubbles a minute. It seems that it has a long way to go to hit the target gravity. I added the LME post boil, steeped grains preboil.

What kind of yeast and how much did you pitch?

You could try pitching some dry yeast to see if that won't take you home.

Good Luck
