Been brewing for a couple months with~5 batches under me and definitely started to run before i could walk in some cases. This caused me to ruin 2 batches of beer which there currently sitting in my basement for a few months. Looking to make the leap to all grain pretty soon with deathbrewers guide. If anybody knows of some active homebrew clubs or gathers in the syracuse/utica area (live between them) then let me know.
