Looking for some ideas!!!

Hi everyone! I'm been home brewing for a few months now and the wife doesn't really care for homebrew(bud light fan. Yuck) but anyways I think I'm gonna make here a batch of hard cider. Does anyone know of a good cider recipe that would b sweet and not so bitter or dry? Another question I have that I couldn't find any where was do I put priming sugar before I bottle?
