i would like to create a poll. how is that done??
the question is of the brewers out there, how many of you just dump all the coled wort into the carboy and pitch the yeast and how many strain your beer???
I have not strained once yet and beer has been excellent, it seemes like if i strained, i would miss out on all of neccesary stuff.
