Foodsaver Model??? Specific Recommendations???

I saved all that money on my 5 lbs. of hops from HopsDirect, but oh-oh, now what...funny how expensive saving money can be!!!

I've read lots of praise for the Foodsaver on HBT, but they make a whole bunch of models with a wide price range that I assume are fairly different, so I'm wondering what specific recommendations (or warnings) about the models everyone might have. I want to spend as little as possible (surprise, surprise!), but not if the cheaper models are no good.

V2380B is on the side of the box I have. ( yes, I keep boxes... damn depression era grandparent's and their influence)

It was really cheap from Cabela's dot com and it works perfectly.

I have the v2040 from Buy.com. Works great. Bonus: I use it to keep my coffee beans fresh too.
