I brewed a Young's Special London Ale, it's been sitting in primary for 3 weeks, and here are my numbers:
OG 1.079
FG 1.024 (if it's done)
ABV: 7.2%
Expected numbers per the recipe were :
1.066-1.067 OG and 1.016-1.017 FG with an ABV of 6.3%
Is this beer done or should I give it more time? Is this low attentuation or simply a high FG? Also, I probably underpitched the yeast (Wyeast 1968)
