Does using prehopped extract mean a need to reduce or elimate hops from your boil?

I have 6.6 pounds of prehopped amber LME that I was planning to hop with an ounce each of northern brewers/fuggle. Am I setting myself up for a very bitter brew?

Muntons amber hopped extract lists an IBU rating of 25-35. That could be a wide range depending on the style you are looking for. Also, how long and when you add hop will dictate the impact it will have on your beer.

Thanks for the input.

I was going to add the Northern for the full 60m and the Fuggle for the final 5m. I like a hoppier/bitter flavor, so I will probably cut down to .5 oz each and reduce the boil time.
