I'm planning on starting to do a few one gallon test batches and SMASH brews. I need these recipes to be as low maintenance as possible, so I'd like to use a dry yeast. Can anyone recommend to me a dry yeast that ferments clean through as broad a temperature spectrum as possible. I'm thinking something similar to White Labs California Ale. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
