You chilled the wort before adding the yeast right. How much top off water did you actually use. Looks like 3.5 gallons?
am i reading that right? is that your OG that you are showing in those end slides? what temp was that at?
No, sorry to confuse. That is the gravity taken between 1st and 2nd ferments. I'd say the temp was in the mid 70s.

Nice camera you go there. Great pictures. What was the temp before pitching. Didn't look like much ice in there, or was that pic out of sequence showing the ice melted and water drained after chilling?
