Southern Tier Choklat
Has anyone tried this beer?! If you haven't, you should. I am not saying you will think its the greatest thing ever....but it is worth a taste. I have had alot of chocolate brews, and brewed my own as well. The chocolate taste and aroma in this is really insane! It taste and smells more like chocolate then chocolate itself.
 
I had one last night.

The thing I really liked about it was that while the chocolate flavor and aroma were very intense, it never became too sweet or cloying or the body too overwhelming. The combination of bittersweet chocolate, malt and the just right balance of hops was quite impressive.
