So, this is the first time I'm going to use Beer Smith. Any advise as how to add the mash profile for this recipe? I've got a single-tier all-grain setup with a boil kettle, mash tun and HLT. I'll recirculate in the mash tun with a pump. Thanks!
On the brew sheet, it says to sparge with 2.68 gal of water. When am i supposed to add this if it is recirculating the whole time? Thanks...
