Why stop at just one? I started my first wine kit (SI Barbaresco) a week ago. Saturday my lovely wife says, why don't we run out and pick up another carboy and a Riesling kit too? I love her.
Next to the Barbaresco is another primary with a Selection Original Johannesburg Riesling. We now have ten gallons of beer and 12 of wine burping away in various place throughout the house.
