3rd year of rhizome growth,
10 varieties over ~20 plants
Northern Brewer - 14.3oz
Sterling - 10.4oz
Nugget - 23.9oz
Crystal - 4.0oz
Centennial - 0.3oz
Willamette - 9.9oz
Fuggles - 3.4oz
Goldings - 2.4oz
Mnt Hood - 2.8oz
Cascade - 6.6oz

total = 4.8lbs dried..........should do for ~15-20 batches

I harvested my 3rd year hops a few weeks ago. All Cascade. About 9 plants. I got 12oz after drying. I think it was about 3.5lbs prior to drying and was just about a full 5 gallon bucket.
 
Couldn't wait to brew.........had to decide on a recipe after deciding on a bittering hop

brewed a double chocolate coffee stout with the nugget and willamette
brewed a English bitters with Fuggles and Willamette

Next.... Sterling hopped beer
