I just brewed several wheat beers over the last week and now have spare hops laying around burning a hole in my freezer. I want to make another beer with my left over hallertau, tettnanger, and centennial pellets. Looking through books and different websites I am leaning towards making a smoked beer.
Anyone have any suggestions? I can't get my temps below 60f so alt and kolsch styles are out.
