brewed a sweet stout last night - mostly AG - threw in 1 lb DME just in case...it's going along fine this morning. I was having so much fun, I sparged off another gallon of wort - 3rd runnings - and boiled it up, cooled it & pitched some bread yeast on top of it for a 3/4 gallon batch of experimental who knows what (yes, it's in a separate 1 gallon fermenter) NO hops in this batch, just 3rd runnings & bread yeast. I suspect it'll be horrid, but maybe fun to find out.
