I've been using the S05 and S04, and S23 for awhile now with good results.

I'm curious if anyone has any experience with S-33??

Specifically, I'm interested in the perceived flavor profile. Thanks!!:mug:
 
I have used it in a double IPA...fairly neutral, IIRC I got about 70% attenuation.

No idea where they get the Belgian connection in their description of the yeast. I have read in the past that it's the Edme strain. Kinda struck me as a halfway point between S04 and US05.
 
Yeah, I was wondering what the Belgian connection was all about. I was thinking about trying this in a high gravity beer, like an imperial stout-- esp since they say it has a decent alcohol tolerance.
