I brewed up a Blueberry Wheat about a month
ago and all went smooth. I measured the gravity at 1.010
one week before bottling and the day of bottling.
I had the great idea to throw a little blue dye in the
bottling bucket and stirred it in gently with a wooden
spoon.

I bottled up 53 bottles and like usual, I filled up a couple
16 oz plastic bottles in order to track the carbonation
process. In just three days, the bottles are very taut
with little give. In comparison, two other beers bottled
the same day (Oatmeal Stout and Pale Ale) are both
getting tighter in their plastic bottles, but not as taut
as the Blueberry Wheat.

Is it possible the stirring initiated more fermenting and
I could have a mess on my hands or should I just let them
sit in their sealed boxes for a couple weeks?

I could also re-cap the bottles if I'm advised to.

Thanks in advance for any advice you have for me.

It is possible that stirring initiated more fermentation, but not the way you're thinking. It's possible by adding the blue dye and stirring with a wooden spoon, that you infected your batch. Maybe not, but maybe.

I didn't think of infecting the batch, but I'll keep an eye on it. I did keep the spoon in sanitizer and the blue dye was merely blue McCormick food coloring.
