Here's my recipe for a heftier N. English Brown. . .Like already mentioned, you can just add some oak cubes if you desire. . .
This is for 10 gallons. . .if you want it a bit lighter, you can play with the malts a little. I threw the Hallertau in there only because I was running low on EKG's, and had Hallertau available.
