I have everything needed to keg my next IPA. I'm a bit confused on a few thing though. Where can I learn about proper psi, storage temperature, priming sugar etc? I've been told several things from 30 psi and no priming sugar to half priming sugar and 10 psi. Also to store cold or warm. I think I just need to read for myself ..... any ideas on what to read?
