I created a"Oktoberfest" recipe that really isnt a Oktoberfest. What type of brew is it? Its also higher ABV than a norm Oktoberfest so I was calling it Okturbofest. Here is a list of ingredients . I would really love some input on what style of beer this is. Also if anyone knows a link to what makes a beer style that beer style I would much appreciate it. Ive search the internet and almost everything differs from each other and I dont know which is correct.
