Is it possible to make your wort and then wait until the next day to do your boil? Just a random thought I had tonight.

I have not done it, but I have read about people on HBT that have done overnight mashes....

The problem you run into is that when your wort gets below ~140*F for a long period of time, it can get fouled with certain bacteria, wild yeast, etc....

I've done an overnight mash and it turned out fine. Great way to shave some time off your brew days.m, especially if you brew in the morning.
