New to this so bear with me. If campden tablets kill yeast, how soon can I add my Red Star yeast or doesn't it affect My "good" yeast. Thanks
 
Campden tablets don't normally kill wine or brewers yeast when used in normal dosage. Still, to be certain that they aren't stunted, the yeast is usually added 24 hours after the campden is added, as campden (sulfite) dissipates.
