After reading through a ton of posts and following the wisdom around here, I'm happy to say I just bottled my first batch. It is a brown porter and quite tasty already. I had half bottle at the end of the run so I chilled it up and drank it. Not bad. I also brewed up a batch of the centenial blonde from here. Looking forward to beating back the heat with it. Just wanted to say thanks for everyone that chimes in to answer questions. You all have been quite a big help. Cheers.
