Hello fellow brewers! Greetings and Salutations all around!
Truth be told I'm any Eastern Shore, MD boy but work, friends and adventure have brought me closer to the Appalachian Foothills where I discovered brewing. I have about 10 batches of extract w/ specialty grain and partial mashes under my belt. I'm so glad to read the posts of and discuss brewing with other like-minded folks. I absolutely love the science and find my mind wondering in the recipe or equipment project realm often. To Happy and Joyous experimentation!
