Hi

Brewed my first bohemian style lager in february (AG), 2 months in secondary - perfectly clear and the taste...wow crisp, clean and lots of the good Saaz, mmhmmhm

To help the final fermentation I added some dry lager yeast (inital was wet yeast Urquell) - also to ensure enough yeasts for carbonation.

2 months sfter bottling the beer is cloudy and has a slight yeast taste. In the top of the bottle the beer is clear, and there is a distinct separation layer to the lower part that is cloudy. One half has been sitting in the fridge for 3 weeks now close to freezing - same result.

What are your experience - lager longer or is this normal or ....

Help very much appreciated
