nickwc5 Well-Known Member Joined Sep 29, 2006 Messages 58 Reaction score 2 Location Wauconda, IL Oct 8, 2009 #2 This is the base recipe I use for my raspberry wheat: 5lbs 2row 5lbs wheat malt 1lb crystal 10 1lb flaked wheat I would go with just the Briess Wheat and not the white wheat. Or maybe try half and half.
