Hello From S. Florida

Hello everybody.

This is Danny from down south in the sunshine state. I'm never really good with these intro things so bear with me.

Let's see, I like long walks....j/k.

I've been wanting to brew my favorite beverage for quite some time but certain circumstances (namely my fiance') have been standing in the way.

Well after much haggling and a lot of roses, I've been given the green light. :rockin:

Now I am a newb to the fullest extent of the word. I'm also one of those people who research the hell out of everything before I even commit to buying the first tool.

So I'm gonna get to reading and hopefully will get this show on the road soon!!

Get her involved. If she isn't into beer there are other options. Hard ciders, meads. My wife detests hops, so getting her into the beer part is a no go, but she has expressed some interest in formulating a two dogs clone recipe, especially since it isn't brewed anymore

Look up apfelwine, my wife is really into that stuff.
