I currently have a pumpkin ale carbonating in a keg. I had added sugar to the keg for sugar carbonation. Once ready to go on tap (about another 2 weeks), do I leave my serving PSI at 10, or do I lower it in fear of over carbonation being the beer is already carbonated?

youd still use 10psi as normal. thats the "serving" pressure either way you carb it

At a given keg temperature and CO2 pressure, beer will only absorb a fixed number of CO2 volumes. Doesn't matter how much carbonation the beer starts with. As soon as the beer has absorbed the equilibrium amount of CO2 for the temp & pressure, it stops absorbing any more CO2. You should store and serve at the pressure that gives you the desired CO2 volumes at your storage temperature. Use the chart here or calculator here.
