What would your choice of yeast be for a pumpkin ale (grain bill https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f76/richards-pumpkin-ale-23489/ ). I have notty, cali V, german ale (wyeast 1007), thames valley (wyeast 1275), pacman or pitch onto a yeast cake cultured from Bells Oberon.
