This should be interesting, put together a saison in Feb of this year. Wanted to let it sit for awhile to get gravity down-well I did that. More or less forgot about the batch. I took a gravity this morning, it was 1.002. Tastes like apple cider almost- like wine. Is it possible to finish this to make beer or just chill and drink it the way it is? Add Bret to get the funky side going?
