I've come to the conclusion.....

SWMBO made pierogies (sp?) the other day which are basically like potato cakes in a ravioli. They go really well with a light lager.

You know me...here goes:

beef = weizen
pork = weizen
chicken = weizen
cheese = weizen
pizza = weizen
eggs = weizen
oriental food = sake
burgers = weizen
pasta = weizen
anything else = weizen

I don't have any recipes, but I made some chicken skewers the other night that coupled with my ESB were pure food joy.
