I am doing my first all grain batch this weekend and wanted to make a very pale ale. I am thinking sort of like a pilsner but an ale. Here's the recipe I was thinking of. Please give me any suggestions you might have.

10# American 2 row
.5# CaraPils

1.5 oz Cascade 6% AAU 60 mins
.5 oz Saaz 3% AAU 15 mins

I was thinking a lower temp mash like 152 or something to get a lighter, thinner beer.

So basically a kolsch or a blonde? You might consider adding a little vienna malt as well. Also, use either a kolsch yeast or something like Safale 56 to have a nice, clean finish.
