I have got a brew sitting and...

I have a carboy that has been sitting in my kitchen. I got busy and distracted and did not keep the water in my top plastic thingy up and it has been sitting without water for weeks, maybe months. It was kind of out of site out of mind.
It looks clear and caramel with the yeast on the bottom and a white film around the edges. I am new to brewing. Is it bad as I am going to bottle it or throw it out this week. Thanks

Why not pull a sample and taste it, it's probably fine.
