Tips:
-Brew this via a Full Volume Boil with no top off water. I started with a 4.5 gallon boil and lost 1 gallon even.
-The post-boil aroma hop steep should be held for at least 20 minutes at 65-160 F, primarily between 90-160 F
-Keep in primary for 4 weeks at 67 F; add dryhops during the last week.
-Bottle carb for 17 days at 72 F.
-Can swap Caramalt for a darker crystal or a lighter caramel pilsen if desired.
