Hi beer lovers,

I have a 6 gallon batch of cider I am fermenting in a scotch ale yeast (Used).

The cider has been fermenting alot longer then my previous one, this one has been going for 2 weeks now.

Its still has some bubblings fizzling to the top of the left over krausen....

The carboy is 6.5. So will the BPM be the same as if it were only 5 gallons in a 6.5?:mug:

Dammit, sent that too fast. OK its going steady at 23 BPM. But everyday its getting slower.

I know I dont have a hydrometer so I cant test it. Sorry.

More cider = more bubbles I suspect it is a little colder this week than for your last batch, which means a slower ferment.
