I have done 2 kits and ready to start a batch of wine from sratch.
I would appreciate a good sweet raspberry/blueberry wine recipes for 6 gallons
 
Are you looking to press fresh fruit? Or are you looking to a sugar wine recipe to then add the fruit to?
 
I am planning fresh. Both raspberry and blueblues are in season in NJ. I have been picking them and freezing them in 1 gallon bags. I like to mix the two fruits- 75% rapberry 25% blueberry. I want a full body sweet wine and don't know how many pounds are required of each. Hopefully someone could give me a recipe and I'm ready to start. Also what yeast is recommended?
 
I'd look for what they call Ice Wines. They're cold pressed and really sweet wines.
 
I have fruit frozen and ready- blueberries and raspberries. I need a recipe to make a 6 gallon batch of full body sweet wine blueberries/raspberry wine.
