so I just got done bottling my first apfelwien. I decided to carb it. I know some decided not to, but I THINK I'll like it better, but we'll see. I gotta say, it's pretty dry, not very sweet, but it's growing on my. I just had a little bit to test it out and it gives a nice little buzz. I can tell it's going to be dangerous!
