This is a clean, crisp non-spiced American wheat that has a very fresh aroma and is very drinkable. It finishes with the hint of the wheat's spice and makes a good brew for summer.

It was meant to be a session wheat, but I overshot my target gravity.

I brewed up a second batch of this as my friends, my wife and I love this too much!

I was using leftover hops and didn't quite have enough saaz so I had to lower the 1minute addition to .1oz

Hit all the numbers spot on again and got the same efficiency again, 75%. Hoping the smaller addition doesn't change the beer too much!
