I usually go several generations of yeast with standard sacc strains. Being this is a 'blend' does anyone think the flavor balance will be thrown off by harvesting/washing and re-pitching?

Eventually one of the strains is going to take over. Keep an eye, or tastebud, on the beers that you repitch this blend into to see if one is taking over.

not in this case. its a blend of brett & sacchro. the sacchro is going to be in much greater population now, but you don't need much brett to get the desired effect.
