Fairly new to water chemistry, planning to use the boiled Munich water profile, and am having an issue with the calcium contend that is recommended 12.0 ppm. Even with 100% RO water the calcium content is still 18 ppm. Am I making more of this then necessary or am I missing something. Planning to brew an marzen.
