I harvested 16 oz of yeast slurry yesterday. I did not wash it. I usually use Mr. Malty pitching rate calculator but I believe that is for washed yeast. I am making an 11 gal 1.067 beer tomorrow. Mr. Malty says 120 ml of slurry. Any idea of how much I should pitch? Thanks. al

not tryin to be that guy, but why not just wash it? It's not all that hard to and I think you would be better off
