Going to rack my first mead this week, looking to rack onto a cinnamon stick and crystalize ginger
I am new to meads but have brewed a few beers, and to add something in the secondary, you have to sanitize it ie. A good soak in rum, brandy or vodka, I would think it would be the same with mead am I right?
