I have my beer in secondary now. There is still like one burp every 3 minutes.. will it be safe to bottle like that or do you have to wait until you never see a burp again??

Airlock activity is not to be trusted. The only way to know whether it's ready to bottle is to take hydrometer readings. Take one today. Take another one in a couple days. If there is no change, you're fine.

Personally, I age mine in secondary for long enough that there's hardly ever any airlock activity. How long has it been in secondary, BTW?

Go ahead and bottle.
Bottle bombs are overrated. After 24 days you are ok brotha. Now if you were asking this question after 7 days ,the answer would be different.

Thanks Chill... Probably will bottle Christmas Eve morning... Thanks.
