I have two Corny's that won't hold pressure due to dents on the lid without a lot of fussing with them. Is there anything else I can do with them? I would think I could ferment in them but there wouldn't be much headspace and I'd be afraid oxygen will get into them.

Mix up 5 gallons of star san with distilled water and use the keg to store it. That way you can just pull a little santizer off when you need it instead of having to mix it up. Or make it a brewhouse piece of art.

Williams brewing sells thick soft o rings for this purpose. It fixed one of my kegs that had the same problem.

I have a tube of Sanitary Petrol-Gel. food grade that I lube the O-Rings with. I think it provides an extra thin seal layer.
