So my grain mill was out of commish for a while, but I took it apart and cleaned it up. Ran some rice thru it to clean up the rust (thanks HBT), but now I have no idea what the setting is on the mill. Is there some way to adjust it so I am crushing at the correct grist? I didn't notice any marks on the adjusting knob and changed it to clean it up.

Use a set of feeler guages to set your mill gap, start at around .40-.39 inches (the factory default for the Barley Crusher) and adjust fom there.
