So I am a novice to mead making, with only 1 batch (still clearing) under my belt.
I have seen a lot of people talk about using acid blends in wine and mead to change the flavor. I know a lot of wines and meads have the added acid in them. However, what flavor profiles does this add to a mead or wine?
I wouldnt mind adding a little bit of acid blend to the mead, but I dont know what that flavor would be.....
