Hey All!
Im fairly new to the field of Brewing but i wanted to share my Now House Amber Ale recipe and see if anyone likes it as much as i do.
The only thing i would change differently next go around is a dryhop with cascade just for a little more hop aroma.

Overall nice sweet, malty right off the nose of it,and light enough you can have a couple without being to heavy.
I did this batch for quick turnaround on my new keg setup and it was grain to glass in 2.5weeks.
Cheers!
Enjoy.

So i tried this brew again with changing up a few things.
For the hops
1oz Chinook at 35mins
1oz tett (same)
And i did 2oz Cascade at FO and no dryhop.

I didnt want over the top bitterness and the 35min mark is just nice for my liking.
Also the FO addition of 2oz is nice and balanced with the caramely malt off the nose and taste.

Do you actually measure out 9.6 and 10.6 oz?

The 9.6 and 10.6oz are basically what i had left and i think they played out pretty well!.
I think 12oz would do fine as well.
