2.5 G (fermentis S-05)

5# Extra Pale LME
1# Amber DME
0.25 Columbus (Tomahawk) 15% @ 60
0.25 Columbus (Tomahawk) 15% @ 30
1 Whirlfloc Table @ 15
0.50 Columbus (Tomahawk) 15% @ 15
0.50 Falconer's Flight 11.4% @ 15
1.00 tsp Yeast Nutrient @ 10

After primary complete, transfer to secondary and dry hop for 7 days with:
1.00 Cascade 5.5%
0.50 Falconer's Flight 11.4%

Bottle condition for 3-4 weeks minimum

IBU 70.2
Color 12.0
OG 1.089
FG 1.020
ABV 9.2%
 
I'd probably lose the amber DME, and instead steep .5 pound of crystal 40L for 20 minutes, and increase the light LME a pound. I'd probably move the 30 minute columbus hops to the beginning, for more bitterness if needed, or leave them out as I don't think they'll contribute much at 30 minutes.

I normally don't transfer before dryhopping but you can if you want. I'd dry hop for 5-7 days. I think your FG should get below 1.020, if you have a healthy fermentation.

I switched the hop schedule around and you advised, but since the order had already been placed I kept the malt as is.
It turned out well, but could use a dash more flavoring hopes. And it sat around 8%.
